Account Termination

The site owner reserves the right to suspend, ban, or terminate any user account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or explanation. There is no appeal process for account termination decisions. Account termination is final.

Game Content

AccessGaming is a community platform for discussing and tracking games. We do not host, distribute, or provide any game content, files, or software.

Copyright and Content Issues: Any concerns regarding game content, copyright, or intellectual property must be directed to the respective game developers or publishers. It is the sole responsibility of the person or entity with a complaint to find and contact the appropriate game developer or rights holder. The site owner is under no obligation to provide developer contact information, even if such information is available.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post spam or unwanted commercial content
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Attempt to circumvent account bans or restrictions
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service in an unauthorized manner
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers

No Warranty

AccessGaming is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the service

API Usage

Access to the AccessGaming API is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Make excessive API requests that could disrupt service
• Share your API tokens with unauthorized parties
• Use the API to collect data for commercial purposes without permission
